LIZZY
I started competing in gymnastics when I was six years old. Now I am fifteen and am a level 10 gymnast. In 2007, I won 3rd place at the level 10 state championships in New York and placed 2nd in the level 10 regional championships. I even made it to the national championships!
I love to bake and love to write. I especially like listening to music and hanging out with friends and family. I’m really into art too…love to draw, paint, sculpt and sew.
In fact, I am known for my hand-sewn sock monkeys. I never make the same sock monkey twice! They are all original.
I loved working on the Fit Factor Kids™ DVD. Hopefully you’ll love doing it just as much. |

DEAN
I love all kinds of sports like football, basketball, fishing and skateboarding, but karate is my favorite. I was the first runner up at last year’s Florida state championship in kata and won 3rd place in sparring. I even got my black belt last year!
At my karate school I am on the demo, black belt and leadership teams. I am learning to be a team leader and help my Sensi when he teaches classes to the younger kids.
At school, I am reading above grade level and am a Math Super Star. Last year I won both the National and Presidential Physical Fitness Awards. Now I’m learning how to drum which is great, because I love music. For fun, I am a Volunteer Weekend Trainer for seeing-eye puppies. |
